I had another argument with my parents over dinner (peace and goodwill to all men, my hole!) so that has somewhat sullied this.

When you see it first, you are just transplanted back to the Shire with Frodo and old Bilbo. Then comes Freeman he just slips so perfectly into it all. He was born to play that part! I think I need a Lord of the Rings day someday soon over the Christmas.
